Morgan joined the Sailoé team in October 2025. After several months of travelling and a rewarding experience at Loca Ponton, he chose to fully embrace the world of yachting, a field he is passionate about.

Today he is your first point of contact for any purchase project, whether a new or pre-owned Lagoon catamaran. He supports you at every stage to give you the best possible advice.

Morgan also acts as Yacht Crew Manager for our large units, overseeing crew management and coordination.

A watersports enthusiast, he regularly practises kitesurfing and wing foiling - hands-on experience that feeds his knowledge of the sea and his understanding of our clients' expectations.

A lifelong sailing enthusiast, Stéphane has been part of the yachting world for many years. Manager of the company since 2006, he draws on solid experience gained with a major boat charter player and on a rich sailing background.

Before that, he spent several years in top-level racing, including an Olympic 49er campaign. His experience is also built on many cruises and deliveries in France and abroad.

Thanks to his thorough knowledge of the market and the yachting world, Stéphane is your dedicated contact for every purchase or charter project. Attentive to your needs, he guides and advises you at every stage to help you bring your project to life in the best conditions.

A Breton by birth, Pierre-Marie has sailing in his blood. He spent 20 years in offshore racing, with legendary events such as the Route du Rhum and the Mini-Transat to his name.

A multihull enthusiast, since January 2018 he has put his yachting experience at the service of sailors. As manager of the Corsica and West Indies bases, he is your dedicated contact for both charter and purchase projects.

Ewena joined Sailoé as an intern in February 2024, after a year retraining for a Professional Degree in Yachting. Won over by the Sailoé adventure, she continued with the company on a work-study basis while preparing a degree at ESG Luxe in Rennes to deepen her understanding of the codes and standards of the luxury world.

At Sailoé, Ewena contributes to the development of communication, marketing and sales. She works on both our bareboat fleet and our large-unit offers, showcasing all our services and supporting their growth.

A sailing instructor for several years, she has in-depth knowledge of the yachting world. Still passionate about sailing, she keeps sailing for pleasure and remains deeply attached to the sea.

With Sailoé since July 2024, Marc-Antoine is a true jack-of-all-trades of yachting. Before joining Sailoé he sailed all over the world as a Captain 200, building solid experience in sailing and yacht management.

Passionate about watersports, he practises kitesurfing, wing foiling and surfing, keeping a strong bond with the sea both professionally and personally.

His career also took him to Lagoon and Excess, two brands he knows inside out. This expertise now allows him to handle the after-sales follow-up of our catamarans and the technical management of our large units with great efficiency.

Marc-Antoine also coordinates the crews on the boats we manage. Thanks to his versatility, field experience and deep knowledge of catamarans, he is a valuable contact for our owners and crews alike.

Samantha joined the Sailoé team in summer 2025, strengthening the administrative and accounting department alongside Hélène and Marie and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the company.

With solid experience gained in an accounting firm, Samantha brings expertise, rigour and organisation to the team. Her professionalism and command of accounting matters perfectly complete this trio, ensuring efficient follow-up and reliable management of Sailoé's administrative and financial operations.

Discreet and efficient, she plays an active part in the quality of our service and the structuring of our activities.

With Sailoé since September 2023, Anne-Cécile is our Customer Care lead. A true link between our clients, our bases and our partner agencies, she makes sure every charter is perfectly prepared for a smooth, successful sailing experience.

In direct contact with crews before departure, she helps you organise your trip and answers all your practical questions. Thanks to her knowledge of the destinations and sailing areas, she can also advise you on the most beautiful itineraries, the must-see stopovers and the places to discover during your stay at one of our bases.

Attentive, responsive and mindful of everyone's needs, Anne-Cécile does everything she can to make your Sailoé experience as smooth as it is enjoyable, from the very first exchanges until you step aboard.

Part of the adventure since the early days of Atlantique Concept Voile, Hélène Bariou is a key figure at Sailoé. A true all-rounder, she works across many areas, from logistics to administration, accounting follow-up and sales support.

Thanks to her experience and versatility, Hélène has in-depth knowledge of how the company is organised, of our charter bases and, of course, of the Sailoé world as a whole. Her expertise, rigour and availability make her an essential pillar of the team.

Always ready to help and find solutions, she contributes every day to the smooth running of our activities and the satisfaction of our clients.

Passionate about the sea since childhood, she has sailed from a very young age aboard the family boat before furthering her experience through many Mediterranean cruises.

With over ten years of client relations experience in an agency, she has developed a real sense of service, listening and support.

Her skills are now at the service of Sailoé, where she runs the administration and the commercial side of the fleets across our bases.

She is also in charge of marketing and managing large-unit charters, helping clients organise their cruise projects and making sure they enjoy a tailor-made experience.

Rigorous, organised and close to her contacts, she follows each file closely and actively contributes to the development of our activities, while guaranteeing a smooth, high-quality experience for our clients and partners.

Marie is a conscientious, efficient and versatile team member whose rigour and organisational skills contribute every day to the smooth running of Sailoé.

Within the company she handles financial management and accounting alongside Hélène and Samantha. Together they form a complementary trio overseeing the administration, accounting and financial management of all Sailoé's activities. Thanks to her professionalism and command of the figures, Marie contributes to the company's financial health and the daily follow-up of operations.

After a career change guided by his passion for the sea, Jean-Baptiste joined the Sailoé team in 2023, with a Professional Degree in Yachting from Université Bretagne Sud.

Today he helps our clients design tailor-made cruises, from choosing the boat to defining the itinerary. Attentive, available and committed, he does everything to make each project a unique experience.

Alongside Hélène, he forms a complementary duo driven by the same goal: to offer personalised support and quality service.

A Caribbean native who turned his mechanical training towards his passion for the sea. He settled in the Seychelles more than 10 years ago. Speaks French, English and Seychellois Creole.
