CNB-LAGOON - LAGOON 40

Dorade

Lorient

Resume

With a new visual identity, the 40 asserts its unusual personality at first glance. Although faithful to its Lagoon DNA, it nevertheless adopts a new style: a design with an autonomous, clear and accomplished theme that highlights its large portholes and its outward look, to form a refined and high-performance whole. This is evidenced by the chamfer that runs from the stern to the bow of the boat. A new generation Lagoon, identifiable at first glance.

Outside :
A comfortable cockpit, open to the sea: a dining table on the port side that can accommodate up to twelve guests, a relaxation area on the same side as well as a seat on the aft beam.
An ergonomic helm station accessible from the cockpit or the deck ensures continuous communication between the skipper and his crew.
Wide aft skirts with a large swim platform for easy and safe access to the tender and boarding.
A fitted forward cockpit with sundeck providing an additional living area.

Rigging :
Symbolizing a new generation of Lagoon, the 40 features enhanced performance: a VPLP hull and increased sail plan ensure a better sail area/displacement ratio and make it a fast and seaworthy boat. The choice to move the mast back, directly resulting from VPLP's experience in competition, has many advantages on this catamaran:
- A self-tacking jib for easier maneuvering,
- A large front triangle for a greater choice of downwind sails: a guarantee of performance,
- A shorter boom, making maneuvers much easier,
- A mainsail, with a strong aspect ratio, allowing to take advantage of less disturbed air in the highs for a real gain of performance.

Inside:
The particular attention paid to the distribution of volumes, the fluid circulation and the luminosity make this new interior a truly pleasant space to live.
A selection of sophisticated materials, signed Nauta Design, enhance the new interior lines.
A wide range of layouts to meet the needs of owners and large families: available in three and four cabins.
A new aft cabin with a "semi-island bed" and numerous storage spaces.
Very large hull windows with integrated portholes for the cabins offering exceptional light and a magnificent view to the outside.

Travelers experiences

I wanted to thank you for the service and Cedric and Anne Marie.
I couldn't do it sooner. I had to go back to Brittany.
We are very happy with our stay and the boat.
My mates who knew neither the catamaran nor the Grenadines (except for Pierre).
have extraordinary memories of this holiday.
A big thank you to the whole team
Good continuation and good luck for the future.

Erwann and the members of his team are very competent and attentive to the well being of their clients. Excellent welcome as well as the assistance during the stay. See you next sailing in the West Indies without any doubt with Caraïbes Catamarans. Best regards to the whole team and to C&B Marie-Sylvie and Marcel

Very nice Cruise in all Inclusive of 15 days.
I was the only one who liked the boat, my wife and daughter weren't completely on board... They loved it.
Skipper and cook very attentive.
We discovered sublime places.
Continental and Creole food, fish and lobster on the BBQ.
I will come back in 2 years, to leave from the Blue Lagoon base in St Vincent, which is 1h30 away from the Grenadines.
Very nice memories and an amazing preparation before our cruise.
Thanks to the whole team for these 15 days of dream.
